Step 3 – Prepare for Packing

A: Self-Packing for Personal Items
If you want to pack clothes, books, or other personal items yourself, let us know via WeChat or email, and we will deliver free cartons and packing materials to you in advance.

For fragile items, electronics, and furniture, we highly recommend our professional packing service.

B: Professional Packing
On the scheduled day, our packing team will arrive on time.
An English-speaking supervisor will introduce the team, review the plan with you, and make sure everything follows your instructions.

Our team uses high-quality materials to protect your items. Heavy, bulky, or valuable goods will get special crating for maximum safety.

Every box will be labeled with a number and description. We’ll create a detailed packing list during the process, and you’ll sign it to confirm all items. You’ll also get a copy for your records.
